This shaker works just like I expected it to. Glad I bought it. I've run it through the dishwasher a few times and it has fared well so far. No rusting. It has a large capacity and doesn't leak at all when you shake it.
You cannot achieve the same results without one. Really does make drink mixing fun.
I recommend this for a very cheap, no - nonsense shaker and jigger combined. There are certainly much fancier shakers available than this but at nowhere near the remarkably low price, which is unbeatable. The shaker feels a little light due to the thin metal gauge but it certainly does the job and as the cap doubles as a jigger this saves you buying ( and probably losing ) a separate jigger.
Otherwise a good product. I have used this shaker for about a year, and my only complaint is that it will occasionally leak while pouring.
