I thought this would be good for lots of dish's that everyone loves the brown edges. WATCH AND CHANGE YOUR RECIPE ACCORDINGLY. Great product. The up side: he absolutely loves it. The down side: he will need to spend more hours on his bike to burn off all those calories. My son-in-law loves crisp edged brownies so I gave this pan to him for his birthday.
