Breadman TR875 2-Pound Breadmaker, Stainless Steel Reviews

I'll try to find a bread pan on ebay, but still Breadman SHOULD have parts for their machine. The one thing I would strongly caution anyone about is this: you WILL NOT get parts for this machine. While not necessarily annoying, it would have been nicer if it was quiet. It was also fairly noisy. I recently called them again, and while the customer service people were wonderful, they still told me the bread pan was on backorder. In hindsight, I realized that crushed sugar cubes have extremely sharp edges that will scrape off the non-stick coating.

Probably indefinitely. This bread machine performed adequately except for the fact that I had to be around for the first knead to make sure the ingredients were pushed into the dough ball from the bread pan corners. I made the mistake of trying a Beth Hensperger bread machine recipe that called for crushed sugar cubes. That was FOUR months ago. Thus, I destroyed my bread pan. I called Breadman's customer service number and ordered a bread pan.

I could clearly hear the machine kneading from my upstairs room in the opposite corner of the house.

days later. Bread stays moist. Easy to use.the bread machine does all the work.

Especially down in good ole Memphis. Just have to try some of the other recipes now. First effort was a washout as I missed the fact my yeast was very old. Tried it many times since and it works well every time. I've had breadmakers in the past and not had much luck but this was in the gold box one day and I decided to give it a go.

I'm not originally from the US and struggle with the difference in the types of bread I can get here. Especially as it had pretty good reviews. On the french bread cycle I got a crisp, light loaf that rose and cooked perfectly. Have to admit I was a little apprehensive at trying another machine but it paid off. Second effort was really impressive.

So, I decided to try a breadmaker.

I love this bread maker. I can't wait to try making other recipes with it. So easy to use. I am allergic to wheat and I am thrilled that it has a gluten free cycle.
