Circulon Classic 14-Piece Cookware Set
This functional 14-piece set offers a complete array of cookware for the kitchen at a reasonable price. The set includes three covered saucepans in 2-, 3-, and 4-quart sizes; 5-1/2- and 8-quart covered stockpots; 8- and 10-inch shallow French skillets; and a 12-inch, 5-quart covered sauté pan. The exteriors of the pans in this set are durable hard-anodized aluminum while a hard-anodized aluminum core distributes heat evenly through the pans without hot spots. Three coats of DuPont nonstick coating line the pan?s interiors. Circulon?s patented Hi-Low grooves protect the nonstick coating from wear by exposing only a small portion of the nonstick surface to cooking. The result is longer lasting performance and easy cleaning. The 18/10 stainless steel lids are slightly domed to capture moisture when steaming or braising foods. These were purchased for my daughter. Since giving them to her, she has decided to experiment with different recipes. When I saw these pots, I knew they would fit the budget and be an enjoyable set of cookware. After having the experience of cooking in the things she called pots, I knew she needed something better.
I received the 14 piece set and the large 8qt stock pot was out of round. Not good business in an economy as weak as this one. Then I had to make my way through all the options to finally speak to a representative. While I received a credit from Amazon I will never by another product from either Circulon or Analon. Contacting Circulon was a waste of time as they would not resolve the issue and after an extended time on hold I was transferred to the Amazon customer service.
I only needed a few of the items, but split the rest with my two married daughters. Now everybody's happy. Terrific product at great price.
Other than that.perfect. This is my second set only because it was cheaper to buy new ones than to ship my 7 year old set from the South Pacific back to the US. I only wish this set came with the 1 quart saucepan. I love these pots and pans.
