Enjoy. They are about two inches across, and it will take 3 pans to do a usual 9 inch recipe. These worked great, used about a tablespoon of crust mixture tamped it down then did the usual.
It produced beautiful little cakes. This pan is very well constructed and easy to use.
Everyone who bakes, and has tried my cheesecakes, wants a pan of their own. The portion size is perfect, and it is easy to use. I have used it twice already - for both Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner. This product is excellent for making individual cheesecakes.
