These may seem expensive, but in the long run they last and last. I bought a 6-pack of teaspoons because a couple of mine had a run in with the garbage disposal. I cant tell the difference between the new ones and the replacements, which to me tells the whole story. I was very surprised to see these sold separately as I got this flatware as a wedding gift in 1997.
Almost 15 years ago, we chose this pattern by Oneida. It was worth every penny. Now I have a full set, plus several extras. I liked the pattern, but didn't want to start all over with a new set. While I thought it was a bit expensive ($2.00/spoon) to buy just the spoons, it was a whole lot less than getting an entire new set. Many years of use resulted in several being lost, thrown away or misplaced.
I found a set of "Flight" Oneida flatware at a yard sale. I will order them again. These are nice sturdy, bright stainless flatware. I searched extensively online, and found this to be the best price. They were in like new condition, but were missing some of the teaspoons.
I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of these spoons , as they were not very expensive. Thanks, Oneida. I highly recommend them. When my teenager looses more spoons, I will order these again. They are of a good weight and balence, and are very smooth and comfortable to hold.
