Regardless, this is a necessary addition to any kitchen. It's a good quality funnel set and I do like the little rubber "grips" but I'm not sure how much good they really do. What can you really say.
I have trouble using my hands and am legally blind. I haven't used the strainer or smaller funnel yet, but it is nice to have them around. The funnel stays in place, and I can pour the water all at once, instead of constantly having to readjust the funnel. I steam distill my water, so I am pouring fairly heavy water from a heavy glass container into a plastic bottle for storage. This set of funnels is very helpful to me.
It fits into the mouth easily and can be used on numerous occasions, works well with car oil also. This funnel, made of sturdy acrylacaltyic plastic, which has just recently passed the NEA screening board, makes a great companion for the alcoholic who likes to spice up parties by "beer guzzling".
It was time for an upgrade. I loved how it felt in my hand. Well I didn't think I would but I did. I was not disappointed with this purchase. I had been using 2 Liter coke bottle cut in half as a funnel for a long time. It was light, with a nice grip.it was just right. Who would ever think to get excited over a funnel. The design of it is just great, every little detail matters.
I don't know when I'll ever use that but if I need to, it's there. The non-slip grip stips on the sides of the funnel along with the tab for easy holding make this a joy to use. I love the fact that the two funnels come with a strainer that goes into the end from the outside. When it arrived I needed to use it straight away to get my drink into a plastic water bottle to take with me.
