Wash by hand; satisfaction warranty
Despite all the bright-colored, high-tech silicone kitchen utensils out these days, there?s nothing quite like the good old-fashioned feel of wood for cooking needs. Crafted from solid beech wood, this 12-1/2-inch slotted spoon is ideal for stirring a small pot of thick stew and draining peas while serving. A natural oil finish protects the wooden spoon without contaminating food, and the give of wood means the spoon is safe for nonstick cookware.
True to OXO?s creed of designing products that are easy to use for the widest range of users, the handle, which is flat on top and sensuously curved underneath, comfortably fits the hand. A hole in the end allows the spoon to hang where it?s most needed. Set in a crock, the slotted spoon forms a handsome bouquet with OXO?s other wooden utensils, such as a larger slotted spoon, mixing spoons, a pancake turner, and a spaghetti server. Wooden utensils are best washed by hand. OXO backs all its products with a satisfaction warranty, and will replace or refund any returned item. --Ann Bieri

Oxo Good Grips Small Wooden Slotted Spoon Reviews
They are much stronger than the average wooden utensils and they are great for non-stick cookwear. I absolutely LOVE OXO products.
This spoon, as with the others offered on Amazon proved to be a great find. Keep up the good work offering such great products at such low prices. No regrets on the purchase. Would buy them as gifts should the need come up. This spoon is of sturdy wood and thickness: Very rugged.
I have no complaints. I must confess that I do not use this spoon a whole lot, but when I do it serves its purpose well.
The spoon works great when stirring thinner soups or stews, for example, especially in non-stick pans where metal may scratch the coating. I was quite impressed with the weight of this item, its solid feel, and its clever design.
