I have purchased 4 of these already, have two espresso and two red. highly reccomend it. It's soft and very warm. They are not very big, but that's the size I purchase, but the size is ideal to snuggle in the couch and watch a movie or in bed. I personally use mine over my comforter during winter time, so my feet can warm up quickly after jumping into bed. Got them as Christmas presents for me and some family members.
I only wish I could be fully ensconced in this material. Spectacularly warm and comforting throw that'll have you craving for chilly winter nights. Own one and you'll soon realize how much better chilled autumn or winter nights can be. I only wish the throw were a bit bigger so I could hide underneath it completely. It feels warm and plush against your skin without the weight of other blankets or throws. It has yet to shed either through multiple washes and doesn't develop the static I've been accustomed to putting up with in similar products. An absolute must own.
I HAVE HAD A HARD TIME SLEEPING THROUGH THE NIGHT FOR A WHILE PROBABLY FROM ALL THE STRESS AROUND THE HOLIDAYS BUT I PURCHASED FOUR OF THESE AT THE PERFECT COST OF 10.00, I HAD IT ALL PLANNED OUT, I WAS MAKING THESE UNIQUE BASKETS FOR CHRISTMAS AND THIS WAS GOING TO BE THE PERFECT TOUCH, (I HOPED), THEN I RECEIVED THEM AND THE COLOR WAS PERFECT AND I JUST HAD TO TAKE ONE OUT OF THE PACKAGE AND THEN I WAS HOOKED, IT WAS SO SOFT AND PERFECT, I KEPT IT OUT OF THE PACKAGE AND BEFORE I KNEW IT I WOKE UP AND HAD ALL FOUR BLANKETS WRAPPED AROUND ME AND I HAD SLEPT FOR 9 HOURS STRAIGHT, SO UNFORTUNATELY FOR THE PEOPLE THAT SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED THESE THEY RECEIVED A LAST MINUTE GIFT CARD INSTEAD, I ALSO WENT TO PURCHASE MORE OF THESE FOR OUR SHORE HOUSE AND THEY ARE NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME SO I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED BUT I PROMISE YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED, THE ONLY THING NEGATIVE IS I WISH THEY WERE A LITTLE BIT BIGGER
This year, I bought him one and gave them as my office gift to my support staff. I have had no trouble with washing them at all. I bought these last year as gifts for my two sisters in law and my husband's grandmother. It is so warm and comfy that my husband kept stealing mine from me. I have the gold and chocolate ones. Beautiful colors. They cannot stop raving about the blanket and won't let their kids near it. When they arrived, I immediately ordered one for myself.
I bought this for me because my hubby keeps stealing my blanket. Overall I am happy w/ my purchase. It is very soft & comfy. It did have a strong chemical smell when it 1st arrived but went away after I washed it. It washed well & I haven't had any of the "shedding" problems that some have reported. I purchased the red & it's a pretty color.
