Fresh or frozen, regular or rising crust, exclusive RotaBake(TM) technology assures great tasting pizza every time. Freezer to perfect in minutes with no preheating. Special control lets you make toppings as bubbly and crusts as crispy as you like.

 

This 1,235-watt countertop oven makes pizza in about half the time required by a conventional oven. You don't need to preheat it--it begins rotating and baking the moment you plug it in. There are independently controlled top and bottom heating elements, so all types (frozen or fresh) and sizes (7 to 12 inches) of pizza can be custom baked. With a rising-crust pizza, for example, you should run the lower heating element for 10-12 minutes before turning on the top element. For a crisper crust, bake the pizza with both heating elements, then finish it off with a few minutes of bottom-only heating. For extra cooking time on your toppings, leave the top element on a little longer. A timer with automatic shutoff lets you set cooking times precisely, and a cooking-time guide for various pizza types is printed on the pizza maker. For safety, the appliance shuts off automatically if it overheats. With the 13-1/4-inch-diameter baking pan in place, the pizza maker is 13-1/4 inches wide, 9-1/2 inches high, and 17-1/2 inches deep. I've had it for over 3 years now. A must have. It cooks everything to perfection. No Pre-heating for this thing, and it cooks the food fast and perfect everytime. It's not just for pizza.

The Pizzazz Pizza Oven is hands down the best appliance I own. Any appetizer's you may have, potato skins, pizza rolls, they all work on this thing. Not to mention waiting for pre-heat to do it's thing, just wastes time and electricity. Cleaning the pan is a bit of a pain, but who cares about that when you have perfectly cooked pizza. Pizza in the normal over, gas or electric, always ends up too crisp, burnt, too soft, burnt cheese.you name it.

I haven't written a review until I used it today and again was blown away by how good it is.

 

Although this is not a "pizzoven", we were pleasantly suprised at the results we've had with the unit. For good pizza made at home, this is a pretty slick appliance. Experimenting with your favorite toppings, and playing with cooking methods and times will yield decent results. Experiments with both refrigerated pizza dough and "Mama Mary's"tm pre-cooked pizza crusts have been done, with a slight edge going to pre-cooked crusts.

 

Sometimes some cheese will fall on there, but its not hard at all to clean. If you want your frozen pizza to taste better than delivery and taste like a true pizzeria, you owe it to yourself, and your family to buy this Presto Pizzazz. The crust is prefect, the toppings are prefect. The answer to that riddle is the latter. It saves energy from having to keep an oven on for 25-30 minutes and it also saves energy on hot days by putting out less heat to the house than an oven thus making the air conditioner or heat pump work less.

The key to keeping it clean is to remove the pan from the Pizzazz when the pizza is done and then sliding the pizza back on to the cardboard provided with the frozen pizza. Clean up is a snap, it's just the pan it sits on. Usually its just crumbs from the crust, if anything. It cooks the pizza 100% in 15-20 minutes with NO preheat time.
