Great product. Fry daddy works very well, holds the heat nicely, and fries perfectly.
I bought this to fry fish through the year. Everything about it works well so far. The only problem that I had is that the entire unit stays hot while warming up and frying. My father in law had an older version and the magnetic cord doesn't stay connected as well as this which I was happy about. I haven't had any trouble with splatter either. So far I've used it once a week (I've had it for about 2 months), I have had no trouble with it.
Does not use much oil and is easy to clean This very easy to use fryer cooks food perfectly.
