Clamp this pasta machine to your counter or table edge, choose a setting, and you're ready to turn out fresh homemade pasta, literally. This is a pasta maker you crank by hand as you feed in your dough. Made of gleaming stainless steel, the machine's adjustable rollers press your dough into long, four-inch wide sheets in a choice of seven thicknesses. You can then cut the sheets into squares for making ravioli, or longer sections for lasagna. By sliding on the stainless-steel cutting attachment, you can extrude thin spaghetti or medium-width fettuccine noodles. And, for artists, the pasta machine works well as an extruder for polymer clay. After use, wipe the machine clean or run a damp paper towel or piece of felt through it. Ragged box, two pieces of parts dropped which took me 1 hour to fix, and this 'new' item also have some dry flour in gear.
We love it. We've never owned a pasta machine before but this one is so easy to use and has become a very much used appliance in our kitchen.
It's very convenience. This product is good. I use it to make Chinese dumping. However, it takes some practices to get the full benefit it provides. I suggest everyone to read and follow the instruction prior to your first use. I don't buy dumplings from market anymore. It works as what it said.
Is it made of stainless steel. This is the first review I gave at amazon. I would give negative five stars if I could. I tried to make some whole-wheat pie but I quited. It was even not as easy as I made using my own hands. It rusts after one time use.
