Still a good value. I love this product because it's glass and the pyrex lids always seal very well, but just be aware that the containers are a little bit smaller than you think.
This Pyrex is a quality food storage set that should last you a good many years. Obviously, I'm editorializing a bit, so onto the review at hand. It seems as we've farmed much of our manufacturing out to other countries so that we can instead buy non-U.S. The bottom line is that this is a classic, quality product that is well-priced. Cleanup is quite easy and the price is easy on the wallet as well.
It comes highly recommended. For those non-Americans, pardon my patriotism, but to me it's nice to see a quality product that is actually made in the USA. As you likely know, the glass used in the Pyrex line does not generally stain or retain food odors. So use a towel or potholder when handling Pyrex after cooking so that you don't burn yourself. Most of the pieces will nest inside of the other, so this is a plus as it does no take up too much shelve space in your kitchen. The only negative that I could come up with is that the glass does conduct heat and can get quite warm or hot when you are cooking and this includes cooking in the microwave.
