R H. Forschner by Victorinox 3-1/4-Inch Paring Knife, Large Black Handle Reviews

This knife is very sharp and comfortable to use. It really makes me want to cook more when I have tools like this that work so well. They are so much sharper and thinner (but not flimsy) than others I have bought which makes kitchen tasks a breeze. For $5, I'd definitely recommend this knife. As someone who enjoys cooking, but doesn't want to spend a fortune on her hobby, this line of knives is perfect. The handle doesn't seem to be the fibrox like the 8" chef's knife, it has a little less "grip" to it, but it shouldn't be a problem even if your hands are a little wet.

I thought this would really be too small for most paring, etc., but it. Good buy. The handles are nice, too, very slip-resistant. These Victorinox knives arrive sharp, and they stay sharp. isn't, and I find that I use it a lot.

This little fella was rated tops on America's test kitchen. Paring knives have their rightful place in your kitchen.

(My idea of a paring knife is something a little smaller with a curved handle and blade). I would recommend it because it's good quality at a great price. This knife has a good feel to it and is very sharp though I would not consider it a "paring" knife.
