None of my other Revere pots have the welds showing and I'd rather this one didn't. You can rub your finger on the inside of the pot and feel 4 of the welds. My saucepan cooks fine but it has all 8 of the weld marks where the handle is welded onto the pot showing on the inside of the pot.
saucepan (I'm a careless cook), I now know where to find them. Perfect size and wears well, unfortunately they are almost impossible to find. Absolutely the best 1 qt. Amazon actually had them, even though no local merchants carried them and Amazon had them at a great price, so I bought two.
Thank you Amazon, since I don't like to use anything other than Revere, I now know where to find it without going crazy. As usual, shipping was quick. Now whenever I burn and ruin a 1 qt. saucepan.
Delivery was prompt with no damage. The new pans are just as excellent as the old ones. This order was a replacement. We have used these saucepans for years and we love the product.
I have an identical pan that I have owned for 16 years with no complaints. Sam Don't buy this if you are expecting the quality provided by Revere in the past. THe new one is terrible - way less material - feels flimsy and it buckled the first time I used it. it now rocks around on a convex base. It is still as good as when i bought it and it has had some heavy use.
Came exceedingly quickly as well. Great pan and exactly what I was looking for to replace the one that was 33 years old.
