This jumbo steak knife is just like those used at fine steakhouses. The knife's blade is made of high-carbon stainless steel and is serrated, allowing it to cut easily through meats. The polywood handle is affixed to the blade with two rivets.

I bought a set of these a few years ago and am very happy with them. Very nice and functional. Handwashing no soaking is recommended. I believe they lasted so long is because I do not put them in the heat of the dishwasher which can crack the handle along the rivets. The poly redwood looking handle is beautiful.
