Swiss Diamond Cast-Aluminum Nonstick 10-Inch Fry Pan Reviews

I will buy more of this brand. It has a wide bottom and gently sloping sides. It is heavier and sturdier than most non-stick frying pans and has become my favorite. The Swiss Diamond Cast-Aluminum non-stick frying pan is more like a griddle than just a frying pan.

There are better, safer stainless steel pans available for less money, too. The surface is easily scratched, and contains toxic teflon chemicals. Avoid this pan; check out the consumer alert at NaturalNews.com for the truth about this Swiss Diamond pan.

They look as good today, as the day I took them out of the box. They perform better than any other, at ANY price. I use frying pans for a multitude reasons when cooking, so I've collected quite a few (and thrown away even more) over my lifetime. They sit flat on the cooking surface.

I never want another brand. The food never sticks, and the pan never loses it's pretty dark patina. I have been using mine, and I have 3 of various sizes, for about 4 years. Don't remember what prompted me to purchase my first Swiss Diamond fry pan, but I am sure glad I did.

I've had it for over a year now. I tried to care for it as directed, but even so, the pan has lost most of it's non-stick qualities and is difficult to clean well. There doesn't seem to be any way to "restore" it as you would a cast iron pan. Started out well, but quickly went the way of cheap non-stick pans.

I LOVED this pan when I first got it, and for a while. In fact, it cooked as nicely as a well-seasoned cast iron. I REALLY WANTED TO LOVE THIS PAN, but after one year, I am very disappointed. To make a long story short, I prefer my old cast iron, and while they require some care, they hold their quality.

This pan has become unmanageable as far as its non-stick coating is concerned. It cooked evenly and was wonderfully non-stick.
