We bought one for everyone at Christmas. The cheese knife works great and the cheese doesn't stick to the blades.
Awesome. Then had to purchase a few for Christmas gifts because it was so great. It's the only cheese knife I've ever used that the cheese doesn't stick to. I actually bought this knife in Wisconsin for the first time.
Someone sent this knife to me, and, like other reviewers, I thought that it was a cheap, ugly knife. Love, love, love it, but why can't it come in another color. It is ugly, but it does the most fantastic job. No cheese sticks to it; it slices cleanly through every cheese we serve. What a mistake.
I originaly purchased "The Cheese Knife" from a television shopping network. You won't be sorry. The BEST cheese cutter ever. However when I moved, I got broken and I have searched EVERYWHERE to find another one. If you don't have one - get one. It was FANTASTIC.
